SystemsAccountants Inc. in London is seeking an Assistant Systems Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a not-for-profit organisation, ensuring effective system support and driving continuous improvement.

You will work within the finance systems team, assisting with data integrity, system upgrades, and user training, while collaborating with finance and operations across the business.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential).
• Background in finance, accounting or finance systems.
• Experience providing systems support to end users.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting system testing, upgrades or improvement initiatives.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Act as a key point of contact for system users across the business.
• Manage user access, permissions and system controls.
• Support system upgrades, testing and enhancement projects.
• Assist with data integrity, master data management and process improvements.
• Produce and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Deliver user training and support where required.
• Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve processes.
