Yadimen Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant for Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will own end-to-end D365 CS architecture and integrate it with Azure services and external systems.

This hands-on delivery role involves case management, SLAs, queues, omnichannel servicing, and ties into telephony, payments, and identity providers within an Agile delivery environment.

Formación

• Must have service integration experience — Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions) and REST/APIs; integrating D365 to external systems.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and integration architecture is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service: case management, SLAs, queues, routing and omnichannel.
• Integrate D365 into the wider estate using Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions and REST/APIs.
• Wire the platform to telephony/CTI, payments and account systems, and identity providers.
• Work in Agile delivery alongside the bank's product, engineering and business teams.

Build the service platform that a global corporate &institutional bank runs its client servicing on — Dynamics 365 CustomerService, wired into the systems that actually move money.

The role

A leading international bank is scaling its MicrosoftDynamics 365 Customer Service platform across Corporate & InstitutionalBanking. This is a hands-on delivery seat on a live programme — casemanagement, SLAs and omnichannel servicing on one side, real integration intotelephony, payments and account systems on the other. You will work close tothe business, not three layers removed from it.

• CRM / D365 Solution Architect — own theend-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Service and integration architecture; setthe patterns, standards and integration blueprint across the estate.
  
• Techno-Functional Consultant — bridgefunctional and technical: case, queue and SLA design and configuration plus plugins, flows and light integration.
  
• Functional Consultant — configure CustomerService, shape case, queue and SLA design, own requirements-to-solution.
  
• Integration Engineer — Azure IntegrationServices (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions) connectingD365 to the bank's service estate.
