Job summary

Yadimen Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant for Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will own end-to-end D365 CS architecture and integrate it with Azure services and external systems.

This hands-on delivery role involves case management, SLAs, queues, omnichannel servicing, and ties into telephony, payments, and identity providers within an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Must have service integration experience — Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions) and REST/APIs; integrating D365 to external systems.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and integration architecture is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service: case management, SLAs, queues, routing and omnichannel.
• Integrate D365 into the wider estate using Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions and REST/APIs.
• Wire the platform to telephony/CTI, payments and account systems, and identity providers.
• Work in Agile delivery alongside the bank's product, engineering and business teams.
