Job summary

Chatham House in London seeks a CRM Administrator to develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting colleagues across the organisation in using the system effectively.

You will import data from Excel/CSV, troubleshoot issues, and enhance CRM processes. The role combines hands-on administration with data protection and privacy best practices. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in London at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and data skills including querying data, views, marketing lists, and importing data from Excel/CSV.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills; knowledge of data protection, GDPR and privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet user needs.
• Monitor, investigate and troubleshoot data and system issues including transactions, events, memberships, and integrations.
• Import data from Excel, CSV and text files with clean mapping and data quality checks.
• Provide segmented data in response to user briefs and assist colleagues to use CRM data effectively.
• Improve CRM data quality and support ongoing CRM process improvements.
