The role will work closely with their implementation partner, and staff across the organisation, to deliver a solution that drives efficiency and supports future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the implementation partner to successfuly migrated to Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Champion the adoption of Dynamics across the Trust.
• Align the system with business needs and support future growth.
• Manage user acceptance testing and support data migration.
• Train staff and document processes for long-term use.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations with other systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, particularly in the public sector.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and third party management.
• Strong understanding of public sector environments and data protection regulations.
