Job summary
SSE is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to shape and enhance our CRM platform used for stakeholder relationship management. You will blend hands-on development with modern engineering practices to improve data capture, management and decision making across the organisation.
You will own CI/CD pipelines, work with business users to translate requirements into practical solutions, and maintain integrations across the Power Platform.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, incl. customisation, configuration and extension using the Power Platform.
- Experience operating CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub), incl. source control, automated builds and release management.
- Experience with integrations and data management, including APIs and ensuring data quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support stakeholder management and scalability.
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines for CRM and Power Platform deployments.
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
- Maintain and support the CRM platform, including releases and performance.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
