Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead architecture and design across Sales, Service and Marketing, Power Platform and Field Services for enterprise clients in the UK. This hybrid role requires strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery oversight.

You will mentor Dynamics teams, liaise with business analysts, SMEs and end users, and guide pre-sales demonstrations while delivering scalable cloud-native solutions within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Microsoft stack with Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Experience leading architecture in CRM/Customer Service and Field Service projects.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end integration with third-party systems.
• Ability to write high-level solution architecture and technical design docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing solutions.
• Advise customers on fit to environment, infrastructure and compliance needs.
• Interface with BAs, SMEs and functional leads to ensure design meets needs.
• Guide Dynamics developers and SMEs; support delivery planning and implementation.
• Provide pre-sales demonstrations and client-facing engagements.
