Adapt 365 has partnered with a global consultancy seeking an experienced Solution Architect!

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. Your main duties include understanding requirements, creating scalable solutions for a global user base, and providing technical leadership during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with industry best practices and business goals.
• Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to determine project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create technical design documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and system integrations.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business applications.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 CE or Solution Architect.
• Experience designing solutions using Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience in CRM architecture, data modeling, and system integration.
• Knowledge of messaging patterns and enterprise integration via Azure Service Bus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
