About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Architect. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, leading the design and architecture of cutting-edge customer engagement solutions.

As a recruitment partner, we are looking for a visionary architect with deep technical knowledge and experience to shape and drive the architecture of D365 Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and strategy for D365 CE, solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, high-performance architectural solutions.
Oversee the implementation of D365 CE architecture, ensuring integration with omnichannel capabilities, case management, and customer service automation.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in customization, system integration, and solution deployment.
Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on optimizing existing D365 CE systems to meet evolving business needs.
Mentor and support internal teams on architectural methodologies, best practices, and system design principles.
Drive innovation in customer engagement by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and features within the D365 ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience working with D365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex architectures.
Strong background in solution design, data integration, and cloud architecture within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Experience working in an architect role on end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects.
Ability to provide technical leadership, collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
