Managed Services Lead: Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform

Salary: Up to £70,000 | Location: Remote-first (Quarterly Office Meetups)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading Microsoft Partner for a Managed Services Lead to oversee their Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform support function. You will manage a team of 3–4 members, drive service excellence, and serve as a senior point of contact for escalations and small change requests.

This strategic, people-focused role is suited for someone with:

  1. Several years in a senior Managed Services role within a Microsoft Partner
  2. Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform
  3. Experience managing teams, processes, and client relationships
  4. Ability to adopt a consultative approach with customers when needed
