We’re hiring on behalf of a leading Microsoft Partner for a Managed Services Lead to oversee their Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform support function. You’ll lead a team of 3–4, ensure service excellence, and handle escalations and small change requests as a senior point of contact.

  • Several years in a senior Managed Services role within a Microsoft Partner
