We’re hiring on behalf of a leading Microsoft Partner for a Managed Services Lead to take ownership of their Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform support function. You’ll oversee a team of 3–4, drive service excellence, and act as a senior point of contact for escalations and small change requests.
This is a strategic, people-focused role suited for someone with:
️ Several years in a senior Managed Services role within a Microsoft Partner
️ Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform
️ Experience managing teams, processes, and client relationships
️ Ability to step into a consultative role with customers when needed
