Job summary

Cognitive Group, part of the Focus Cloud Group, is seeking a D365 CE Functional Consultant to deliver targeted D365 CE solutions on delivery projects. You will support functional responses, demo sales pursuits, and build D365 CE IP assets.

You will work with cross-functional teams including offshore/nearshore, coordinate with client stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project designs and testing across phases.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in project situations.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a Microsoft Gold Partner or equivalent industry experience.
• 1 or more intermediate / expert level Microsoft certifications.
• Previous responsibility for independent creation of project lifecycle deliverables.
• Working in agile project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with new and existing client team members.
• Documenting, proposing and discussing solution options as a part of the programme team (high level design / low level design).
• Configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to fit project requirements.
• Working closely with technical development capability, including near shore and off shore teams.
• Working with third party providers to translate requirements and design to ensure solution build is in line with expectations.
• Providing functional consultant delivery support across all phases of the programme including testing, business change, data migration and cutover.
• Understanding business requirements and scope changes and highlight any impact on delivery teams or technical solution.
• Providing SME input across a variety of programme workstreams, including testing, training, data, reporting, and business change.
