Job summary

Identifi Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise to lead an on-premise-to-cloud finance transformation. You will map processes, conduct fit-gap analyses and coordinate data migration, data validation and reconciliation across legacy systems.

You'll work with Finance, IT, Solution Architecture and an implementation partner to translate discovery into a defined future-state design, driving workshops and delivering actionable

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Involvement in a Business Central on-premise-to-cloud migration or substantial Business Central finance transformation.
• Strong Finance ERP knowledge including core financial processes, controls and Chart of Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Leading Business Central discovery, requirements gathering and finance process analysis.
• Undertaking fit-gap assessments between existing customisations and standard Business Central cloud functionality.
• Defining financial data migration, validation and reconciliation requirements, including Chart of Accounts considerations.
• Mapping integrations, data flows and dependencies across legacy systems.
• Challenging historic processes and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate.
• Supporting future-state finance process design, solution decisions and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating workshops and translating complex Finance requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.
• Working directly with architects, Finance SMEs and implementation partners to resolve gaps and drive discovery forward.
