Job summary

Burton Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a D365 Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner. You will handle 2nd line functional support, troubleshoot complex issues, and take ownership of SLAs and tickets.

LS Central/LS Retail experience is especially valuable, with additional benefit from Jet Reports, Continua, and Tasklet. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Business Central experience, with a track record in customer-facing support or

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Central experience.
• LS Retail / LS Central experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line functional support for Business Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
• Own SLA and ticket lifecycle from creation to resolution.
• Configure Business Central settings as required by the customer.
• Assist with data reconciliation tasks.
• Support testing and upgrades of modules or configurations.
• Deliver excellent customer/user support.
