Location: UK-wide (Home-based with occasional office travel)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Support Consultant with expertise in LS Retail to join a growing team. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the nearest office, offering flexibility and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Work closely with customers to understand, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Support system upgrades, configurations, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients maximize their ERP investment.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience supporting LS Retail within a Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) environment.
