Job summary

TUI Group in Luton is seeking a Senior Dynamic Yield Manager to drive optimised yield strategies across the UK&I region. You will partner with sourcing, pricing and analytics teams to maximise margins while balancing risk and profitability.

You will work from our Luton head office, with a minimum of four days per month on site, and contribute to automated tools, reporting, and strategic supplier decisions within a dynamic, inclusive Travel & Tourism environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in yield management, revenue management, or pricing roles, preferably in travel.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and derive insights.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and yield management systems, with understanding of pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
• Able to analyse financial data to create forecasts that drive business decisions.
• Strong communication and ability to present data to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the tourism market and destination products would be a fantastic addition to your skillset.

• Act as business partner for sourcing departments; facilitate regular communication between yield and sourcing teams.
• Monitor supplier market trends and competitor sourcing strategies to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop and enhance reporting capabilities within the yield management information ecosystem.

This role sits within Yield Management UK&I Region of our Commercial Division and reports into the Senior Dynamic Yield Manager.

Are you passionate about optimising yield strategies and driving profitability? Join our dynamic team at TUI where you'll play a crucial role in aligning sourcing decisions with pricing strategies to maximise our profit margins.

The role will be published until 31st August.

You'll need to be in our Luton head office for a minimum of 4 days per month, though occasionally business requirements may need you there a bit more often
