Job summary

TUI is seeking a Senior Dynamic Yield Manager to join our Yield Management UK&I region in the Luton head office. You will drive profitability by optimising yield strategies and aligning sourcing with pricing, while collaborating with pricing, analytics, and sourcing teams to maintain competitive margins.

You will contribute to automated tool development and reporting, supporting data-driven decisions and regular communication across departments.

• Proven experience in yield or revenue management, ideally in travel.

Job description

This role sits within Yield Management UK&I Region of our Commercial Division and reports into the Senior Dynamic Yield Manager.

Are you passionate about optimising yield strategies and driving profitability? Join our dynamic team at TUI where you'll play a crucial role in aligning sourcing decisions with pricing strategies to maximise our profit margins.

The role will be published until 31st August.

• You'll need to be in our Luton head office for a minimum of 4 days per month, though occasionally business requirements may need you there a bit more often

About The Job

• You'll optimise dynamic yield strategies and align sourcing decisions with pricing strategies to maximise profit margins and ensure an optimal balance between risk and profitability.
• Working closely with yield managers, analysts, and pricing teams, you'll oversee dynamic sourcing methods and implement ways to align steering across departments.
• We'll count on you to contribute to the development of automated tools and systems that enhance decision-making capabilities and operational efficiency.
• As a business partner for sourcing departments, you'll facilitate regular communication between yield and sourcing teams while providing yield-focused recommendations.
• Monitoring supplier market trends and competitor sourcing strategies will be essential to inform strategic decisions and maintain our competitive advantage.
• Your expertise will help develop and enhance reporting capabilities within the yield management information ecosystem to improve data-driven decision making.

About You

• You bring proven experience in yield management, revenue management, or pricing roles, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
• You have excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights for our business.
• You're proficient in data analysis tools and yield management systems, with excellent understanding of pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
• You enjoy working with numbers and can analyse financial data effectively to create forecasts that drive business decisions.
• Communication comes naturally to you, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the tourism market and destination products would be a fantastic addition to your skillset.
