Job summary

RTX in Livingston, United Kingdom, is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Associate/Warehouse Operative for a 12-month fixed term contract onsite. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining safety and organisation.

The role involves stocking, stock checks, accurate record-keeping and operating warehouse equipment (where trained). You will work as part of a team to hit daily targets and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming deliveries against relevant documentation.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and within required timescales.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure they are correctly labelled.
• Carry out stock checks and assist with regular stocktaking.
• Keep accurate records of stock movements and warehouse activities.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment where trained and authorised.
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and securely.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures and warehouse processes.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock to the appropriate manager.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Carry out other reasonable warehouse duties as required.
