Job summary

Alliance Healthcare, part of Cencora, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our distribution team in the UK. You will perform inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound activities, ensuring accuracy and traceability across stock movements and inventory records.

You will organize locations, rotations and replenishment while preparing packaging, labeling and shipment support to meet transport requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound activities.
• Validates inventory transactions, stock counts, and material movements for traceability.
• Organizes storage locations, stock rotation, and replenishment to improve flow.
• Handles packaging prep, conditioned materials, labeling, and shipment support to meet transport requirements.
• Resolves routine operational stock discrepancies, shortages, and order issues.
• Operates warehouse systems, scanning tools, and approved equipment for safe execution.
