Job summary

Gap Personnel is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join the team at our client location in Corby (NN17). The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse, picking items with a hand-held scanner, locating stock, packing and moving stock to designated areas for distribution.

Full training is provided, prior warehouse experience is preferred, and there is a rotational shift pattern. Hours are 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, five days out of seven with weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
• Ability to locate stock and handle packing and distribution tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from locations guided by a hand-held scanner.
• Locate stock in bays and pick correct items for stores.
• Pack items and move stock to packing area for distribution.
• Send stock items to packing area after picking.
