Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a warehouse operative for a permanent 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 13:00 to 21:30. You will be on your feet all shift, loading, unloading, scanning and sorting parcels, working with a range of warehouse tech and equipment, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will receive full training from day one, with uniform and PPE provided. The role emphasises reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with accuracy.
• Handling items up to 25kg and maintaining safety.
• Using technology systems to route parcels correctly.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Quality checks for parcel condition and accurate labeling, reporting issues promptly.
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily targets and shift goals.
• Adhering to attendance expectations and reliability.
