Job summary

DPD Group in the UK is seeking high-energy Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced team. You will load, unload, scan and sort parcels, handling items up to 25kg, and keep safety and quality at the heart of the operation.

Starting with full training from Day 1 and supplied with uniform and PPE, you’ll work Sunday to Thursday, 06:30–12:30, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus enhanced overtime. We support career progression, wellbeing services and retail discounts.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with precision and accuracy.
• Handling items up to 25kg.
• Using technology systems to ensure correct parcel routing and timing.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
• Conducting quality checks and reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborating with team to meet daily targets and shift objectives.
• Adhering to attendance expectations and reliability.
