Job summary

DPD Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting energetic Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced role supporting our delivery network. Start after 12pm, five days per week, with a 40-hour contract of employment until January 15, 2027. You will load, unload, scan, sort parcels (up to 25kg) and operate warehouse tech and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with precision and accuracy.
• Handling items up to 25kg.
• Using our technology systems to ensure every parcel gets to the right place at the right time.
• Operating warehouse equipment including scanners, conveyor systems, and handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the warehouse environment.
• Conducting quality control checks to verify parcel condition and reporting discrepancies to supervisor.
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and shift objectives.
• Adhering to attendance expectations and reliability.
