Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Warehouse Administrator (1 year maternity cover) for our Coventry Newstrade team. You will manage day-to-day stock records, coordinate Goods In activity and support depot operations to ensure fast, accurate service for customers and suppliers.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent customer-service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. InPost offers a Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, Cycle2Work and Employee Assistance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate day books of stock processed through the warehouse using the WMS application (Stirling).
• Book in titles within the Goods In area, ensuring deliveries are accurately checked and recorded.
• Coordinate the movement of stock following Goods In, ensuring items are processed and transferred to the correct warehouse areas.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding incoming stock, delivery updates, and related enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve stock issues, including quarantined or non-conforming titles, per warehouse procedures.
• Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems to support customer feedback and reporting.
• Provide general administrative support and undertake ad-hoc duties to support warehouse operations.
