Qualifications

• Experience as a utilities planner, scheduler or street works coordinator.
• Able to coordinate multiple field teams and manage a high volume of works.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling daily utilities, civils and reinstatement works.
• Coordinating 5-8 field teams and allocating jobs according to priorities and resources.
• Managing a high volume of work while keeping track of live jobs and deadlines.
• Responding to reactive works, urgent requests and changes to the daily schedule.
• Communicating with field teams by telephone and WhatsApp.
• Monitoring progress and resolving operational or scheduling issues.
• Arranging materials and ensuring teams have what they need to complete their work.
• Updating job statuses, records and work information using Salesforce.
