Job summary

Your Own Place Facilitator role within the East of England Community Health & Care NHS Trust and Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust involves delivering high-quality facilitation to trainees. You will lead on engaging trainees through design, delivery and reporting of workshops and 1:1 sessions, while co-designing and co-delivering with colleagues.

You will be creative, fun and adapt to trainee needs and coordinate all trainee communications.

Qualifications

• Design, delivery and reporting of trainee engagement, group workshops and 1:1 sessions.
• Co-designing and co-delivering alongside colleagues.
• Creative, fun and innovative in adapting to trainee needs.
• Coordinate all communication with the trainees and be solution-focused to overcome barriers to engagement.
• Deputise for colleagues and support other facilitators where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the design, delivery and reporting of trainee engagement activities.
• Deliver group workshops and 1:1 sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to co-design and co-deliver sessions.
• Coordinate trainee communications and address engagement barriers.
• Provide cover for other facilitators when required.
