Job summary

Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our supportive secondary school team. The role involves supervising classes during short-term absence of teaching staff, helping students remain on task and engaged with pre-prepared work, and supporting teaching staff to maintain a productive learning environment.

We operate term-time plus 5 inset days (195 days) with a pro rata annual salary. Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding checks are required prior to appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience in classroom settings or education environments preferred.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
