The role involves organizing the daily cover rota, liaising with supply agencies, and providing classroom support when not on cover.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising classes.
• Willingness to support learning across subjects.
• Ability to work 37 hours per week term time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences and implement work programmes.
• Cover lessons using the work set by the teacher and maintain high expectations.
• Organise the daily cover rota and contact supply agencies for supply staff.
• Support in the classroom when cover is not required and help prepare learning environments.
