Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our supportive team. You will supervise classes during short-term teacher absence and ensure students remain on task with pre-prepared work.
The role is term-time only plus 5 inset days (195 days) with an annual LGAT 8 salary scale, and 33.5 hours per week; DBS checks and safeguarding commitment required. Ideal candidates are confident, enthusiastic and capable of maintaining a positive classroom environment while working

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our students, supervising them within the classroom environment whilst they complete pre-prepared work for teachers who are absent.
