Love Success is seeking a bright, proactive Team Assistant for an office-based role in London’s West End. You will support a four-person team with general administrative duties and help coordinate international travel and office operations.

The role offers hands-on exposure within a renowned global hedge fund environment, with opportunities to learn from talented colleagues and to develop professionally in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in busy reception/front-of-house or administrative role.
• Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Team Assistant or administrative experience in fast-paced corporate environments welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general administrative and team support across the business.
• Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and transport.
• Act as a central point of contact for office enquiries and requests.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage day-to-day office requirements.
• Maintain records, filing and assist with general office administration.
• Support the organisation of internal events and social activities.
• Provide ad-hoc support wherever needed.
