Park Lane Primary School is hiring two Teaching Assistants to join our warm team, supporting both Infants and Juniors. The roles cover EYFS and Year 4 with 25 hours weekly during term time, 8.35am–3.15pm (four days) and 8.35am–12.15pm (one day). January 2027 start. Indicate your preferred vacancy in your statement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Teaching Assistant NVQ is desirable but not essential.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills to GCSE/NVQ standard.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher and work with individual children and groups.
• Contribute to evaluation and modification of work programmes as required.
• Be a good communicator and work well within a team.
