Job summary

Escape is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for a 12-month FTC in Rosyth to support the Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day activities in a busy manufacturing environment. You will plan and schedule production to keep the factory running smoothly, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers.

Based onsite, the role requires solid planning/supply chain experience and the ability to handle a varied workload in a fast-paced setting. Immediate start preferred for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, supply chain or materials planning within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Confident using Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and other functions.
• Highly organised with a good eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with data and solving problems.
• Able to manage own workload and take ownership.
• Calm and practical when things get busy.
• A good communicator who can build relationships across the business.
• Naturally curious and always looking for ways to make things work better.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to ensure the factory runs efficiently.
• Manage finished goods stock levels and availability.
• Order raw materials and manage supplier forecasts.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Work closely with Production, Finance and Distribution teams.
• Support with stock counts, goods-in and other day-to-day supply chain activity.
