Job summary

Gi Group UK is hiring a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator in Derby to join our busy team. You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and manage supplier communications to keep stock moving.

This permanent role offers Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a salary of 30,000 per year. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MS Excel and MRP/ERP systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal booking processes with hauliers, suppliers, and depots.
• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time and in full.
• Process and monitor purchase order requests (PORs) and monitor delivery schedules.
• Manage supplier non-arrival and shortage reports across all depots.
• Coordinate contract beef allocations in line with business requirements.
• Manage missing CMRs and dispatch documentation for operational accounts.
