• Ability to train and develop a retail team and improve product knowledge.
• Strong merchandising and stock control capabilities.
• Fluent English in speech and writing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly targets and maximise store profitability.
• Lead and develop the retail team to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Assist with recruiting and developing team members.
• Educate staff on current products and merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock control, stock takes and deliveries.
• Support rota planning and daily banking procedures.
• Ensure customers have a positive in-store experience.
