Mitchells & Butler s PLC, Bradford-based, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and inspire a team while supporting the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control. The role is based at Toby Carvery – Bradford, part of the Mitchells & Butler s family, offering growth and a supportive team culture.

You will be responsible for ensuring high standards, training staff, and maintaining brand-menu execution with energy and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and coordinating sections.
• Passion for training staff and delivering great food.
• Good understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu confidently.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
