Toby Carvery - Shiremoor is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll be part of the Mitchells & Butlers family, delivering great food and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll manage stock, assist with menu execution and uphold high health & hygiene standards while driving the team to achieve targets and foster a positive, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.
