Job summary

Mission Mars is seeking a Sous Chef for Albert’s Schloss Manchester. The role offers a £39,000–£41,000 salary plus up to 32% bonus annually, paid quarterly, with an OTE up to £54k.

You will work in a busy kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients and supporting a dynamic team in a vibrant Bavarian-inspired venue. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Sous/Sous Chef experience in a high-volume setting and a passion for cooking.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience of Sous Chef or Senior kitchen management experience.
• Love for cooking and energy to lead a busy team.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen.
• Team player with stamina and enthusiasm.
