Job summary

Albert’s Schloss is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced kitchen, preparing fresh, locally sourced ingredients under the guidance of our chefs. You will be part of a tight-knit team delivering high-quality dishes with efficiency and passion.

The role offers £16.15 per hour plus tips, tronques, and a bonus, plus opportunities for progression in a renowned venue. The ideal candidate loves cooking, has experience in a busy fresh-food kitchen, and brings energy and stamina to a dynamic

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant.

As a member of our food crew you'll be a valuable part of a team that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
