• Strong track record as a Senior Site Manager with reputable contractor.
• Must have DBS clearance for immediate start.
• Ability to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Capable of leading site teams and coordinating contractors across schemes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of planned works on budget and on time, with safety compliance.
• Manage a team of Site & Project Managers and motivate staff.
• Oversee contractors and direct operatives to meet deadlines and budgets while minimizing disruption.
• Collaborate with supply chain and client, providing technical expertise on construction matters.
• Keep up to date with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
