Ninja Warrior Bristol is seeking a Supervisor to help manage a fast-paced leisure venue. You will guide and coach the Ninjas, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and keep operations running like clockwork.

The role offers 30 hours per week with opportunities to flex up during school holidays and busy periods. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in hospitality, strong health and food safety knowledge, and the energy to lead shifts while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in the leisure or hospitality sector.
• Supervisory or team lead experience in a busy venue.
• Experience working with children is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of health & food safety.
• Confident in leading shifts and delivering guest experience through your team.
• Understanding of KPIs and how to deliver them operationally.
• Able to learn new skills quickly and lead with energy.
• Excellent timekeeping.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
