Qualifications

• Adaptable, patient and resilient
• Qualifications in education or special needs support are advantageous but not essential
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with students to create a supportive learning environment
• Implementing behaviour management strategies as outlined in individual plans
• Providing emotional support to SEN students and promoting resilience
• Supporting inclusion by adapting activities for accessibility in collaboration with teachers
