Job summary

Academics are seeking enthusiastic Secondary Teachers to join our team for Portsmouth and Hampshire schools. We provide daily, short and long term cover and support with permanent recruitment.

If you are available for the rest of this term or in April, please get in touch. You will deliver lessons across the key stages, in a specialised subject or as a general cover teacher, aiming to raise teaching and learning standards in local schools.

Qualifications

• Recent teaching experience in UK schools.
• Track record of raising levels in teaching and learning.
• Available 2+ days a week for work.
• Live within the Hampshire area and willing to travel to Portsmouth schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Clear DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across key stages, either in a specialised subject or as a general cover teacher.
• Create engaging and exciting lessons to raise student engagement and achievement.
• Support schools with daily, short, and long-term cover as needed.
