Job summary

Academics are seeking enthusiastic Secondary Teachers to join our team for Portsmouth and Hampshire Secondary schools. We provide daily, short, and long-term cover and support with permanent recruitment.

We are looking for experienced teachers who can deliver lessons across key stages, in specialised subjects or as general cover, with the ability to engage students and raise teaching standards. DBS clearance is required and willingness to travel within Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Have recent teaching experience in UK schools.
• Track record of success in driving up levels in teaching and learning.
• Be available 2+ days a week for work.
• Live within the Hampshire area and be happy to travel and work in Portsmouth schools.
• Possess strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Have a clear DBS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across the key stages, either in a specialised subject or as a general cover teacher.
• Create engaging and exciting lessons to drive up levels of teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with schools to support permanent recruitment when needed.

Academics are seeking enthusiastic and effective Secondary Teachers to join our team of hard working supply teachers to carry out various teaching assignments in Portsmouth and Hampshire Secondary schools.

We provide schools with daily, short and long term cover and also support with permanent recruitment so if you are available and looking for work for the rest of this term or in April, please get in touch. Whether you are looking for a few supply days a week, or looking to commit to a full-time, long term contract with a view to securing a permanent position, we can help.
