Job summary

Academics is seeking enthusiastic and effective Secondary Teachers to join our team of supply teachers for the New Milton and surrounding New Forest area schools. We provide daily, short and long term cover and support with permanent recruitment so if you are available for work this term or from September, please get in touch.

You will deliver lessons across key stages, either in a specialised subject or as a general cover teacher, to drive up attainment.

Qualifications

• Have recent teaching experience in UK schools
• Have a track record of success in driving up levels in teaching and learning
• Be available 2+ days a week for work
• Live within the New Milton / New Forest area and be happy to travel and work in local schools
• Possess strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have a clear DBS

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across the key stages, either in a specialised subject or as a general cover teacher
• Carry out engaging and exciting lessons to drive up the levels of teaching and learning in local schools
• Support pupils to achieve their targets and progress
