Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor for a mainstream secondary setting in Oxfordshire. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, supervise classes across the secondary age range and maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement throughout the day.

This long-term role offers flexible day-to-day work, competitive daily rates (£110–£150), and full PAYE payroll with robust onboarding support, CPD opportunities and referral benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confident delivering pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects.
