Job summary

Senploy is seeking Secondary Supply Teachers for flexible, ASAP-start roles across Mildenhall and surrounding areas. You will cover lessons in a range of subjects, maintaining continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.

You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils’ engagement. A valid DBS/Update Service is preferred, with weekly PAYE pay. Roles are ideal for those seeking variety and positive impact across schools.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in secondary schools across different subjects.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability.
• Ability to engage pupils and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects at secondary level.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils' learning and engagement during cover lessons.
• Follow school policies and procedures effectively.
• Complete any necessary marking and feedback when required.
• Communicate professionally with staff and pupils.
