Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) to recruit a confident Cover Supervisor for a long-term temporary position with an immediate start. You will supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre-planned work and help students stay focused and engaged.

The ideal candidate will have experience with secondary students, strong behaviour management, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a confident, adaptable

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification or degree is desirable.
• Experience working with secondary-aged students.
• Experience supervising groups of young people.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A confident, adaptable and enthusiastic approach.
