Teaching Consultancy UK is recruiting Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Tower Hamlets. You will step in when teachers are absent, leading classes through set work and ensuring learning continues.

We value candidates with experience with secondary-age students, strong behaviour management and reliable, flexible attitudes. DBS checks and the right to work in the UK are required; roles are temporary/long-term/day-to-day with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Experience with secondary-age students or youth work
• Strong behaviour management and confident presence
• Good communication skills
• Punctuality, reliability and flexible attitude
• DBS Enhanced (Update Service) or willingness to apply for one
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Lead classes through set work as planned by the class teacher
• Maintain a calm, focused learning environment
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Report progress and any issues to staff
