Job summary

Principal Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across North London. You will supervise lessons, support pupils with learning aims, and maintain classroom routines in line with school policies.

Flexible, with opportunities across a network of partner schools. Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding procedures are required; full training and ongoing support are provided to help you progress in education.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for education and pupil support.
• Experience managing classroom routines and behaviour.
• Effective communication with pupils, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons during teachers' short-term absences.
• Ensure students stay on task and follow lesson plans.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour aligned with school policies.
